<div itemprop="description">SANDERS, Jeanette <br /> <br />She was employed as a Registered Practical Nurse, Whitby Mental Health Centre (Ontario Shores) and retired after 29 years of service. She was also actively involved in OPSEU and many humanitarian causes <br /> <br />It is with much sadness we announce the passing of Jeanette Marie Lillian Sanders, Who passed away suddenly at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on September 10th 2013 at the age of 63. Survived by her father Clarence E. Sanders. Predeceased by her mother Nellie Sanders and step-mother Vera Sanders. Also surviving are brothers and sisters Lyn (Bill), John of Peterborough, Gail (Randy) of Apsley, Marie (Richard) of Newcastle, Jim (Mary) and Rob of Oshawa. Jeanette will be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews (Her &ldquo;Babies&rdquo;), Tracey (Kelly), Jennifer (Chris), Lisa (Aaron), Jessica (Craig), Kyle, Nicole (Joe), Megan (Kayl), Anjie, and the late Adam, and great niece and nephews, Mike, Matt, Sarah, Brody and Cohen. The Sanders family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to a special friend Darlene Peters for all of her love and support throughout the years. Her life involved a constant spirit of giving all year long and she took the time to pay it forward in her daily life, but especially in the month of December. Despite her long brave battle with pulmonary fibrosis, she was in regular contact with her love ones and always took time to hear about their lives. She will be lovingly remembered by all those whose lives she touched. Friends may call at MOUNT LAWN RECEPTION CENTRE for visitation on Friday, September 13th 2013 form 1pm until time of Funeral Service in our Chapel at 4pm. Cremation Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens. Donations can be made to the Lung Association or a charity of your choice. <br /> <br /></div>
