<div itemprop="description"><br /> <br />Locke, Svetlana (Lana) - <br /> <br />On Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at the tender age of 49 years, our treasured Lana Locke passed away peacefully. Survived by her devoted husband Michael Locke, and her adoring children David Locke and Lisa Locke. Lana will also be missed by her loving nephew Viktor Ryshkov and will join her cherished parents Antonia and Victor Miroshnichenko and beloved sister Natliya Ryshkova. <br /> <br />Lana will be remembered as a classic example of a mother that put her family and friends first. Lana&rsquo;s unwavering strength to face her situation face to face on her terms was extraordinary. Special thanks to the pain fairies that allowed Lana to maintain the clarity she so desired during her journey. <br /> <br />At Lana&rsquo;s request, cremation has taken place. Friends may join the family in celebrating Lana&rsquo;s life at Mount Lawn Funeral Home &amp; Cemetery, 21 Garrard Rd, Whitby, 905-443-3376, for Visitation on January 30th, 2016 at 2.00pm with Memorial Service at 2:30pm in our Chapel. Lana&rsquo;s cremated remains will be laid at a later date <br /> <br />In lieu of flowers; donations can be made to THE CHARLES H BEST DIABETES CENTRE which is very close to Lana&rsquo;s heart. . <br /> <br /></div>
