Loving mother of Jessica and the late Liam,. Patrick and Garret. Dear sister of Lesley Fransen (Frank) and nieces Quinta and Myla and nephew Jayden. Dear sister-in-law of Mark, Terry (Brenda) and Kelly (Michael) and nieces Jennifer and Arlene and nephews Jacob, Lucas, Kyle and Alex. Carmen will be missed by all her family and friends. She will also be missed by the family dog, Maddie. Predeceased by her parents John and Trudy Heyink and parents-in-law Terry and Beverley O'Flanagan. Friends may call at the MOUNT LAWN RECEPTION CENTRE, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby on Thursday, January 3, 2013 from 5-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 11 a.m. Cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.</div>
