Obituary

HORTON, Carey Jane
March 18,1968 - March 7, 2011
Our dear Carey passed away very suddenly at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Hospital on Monday March 7, 2011. Beloved daughter of Barbara (Bonnie) and Bill Horton. Little sister of Steven and his wife Leslie. Carey will be sadly missed by her favourite nephews Marshall, Drew and Daniel. Beloved niece of Aunt Sue Greig and (the Late Uncle Bill). Fondly remembered by her cousins Cory and Michael (Joanne) Greig, of Bradford. Carey will be greatly missed by all her friends and neighbours and her special buddy Patches. Friends may call at MOUNT LAWN RECEPTION CENTRE 21 Garrard Road, North of Highway #2, Whitby, (905-443-3376) on Saturday March 19, 2011 for visitation from 2:30 to 3 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 3 p.m. Carey had a wonderful smile, a very caring nature, and generous spirit. We will treasure our memories of her always. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Oshawa Humane Society or the Diabetes Association.

Dearest Carey,

You were an angel here on earth, and you will be a blessing to all the other angels in heaven now.

I remember when you were born, such a sweet tiny little baby and while we lost touch some time ago, I have so many fond memories of you. Babysitting you and Steve was a big part of my teen years and you were a delight to be around then and as you grew into a beautiful caring, sweet young woman.

My deepest condolances to the Horton family. There are no words for when a child is taken from us and my heartfelt sympathy goes out to Bonnie and Bill. Steve, you were a great big brother! My condolances to you all at this very sad time.

Love Deb
